Memories in Ink

Privacy

What we keep

The photos and words you put in your book, your email, and the shipping address you enter at checkout. We do not sell or share any of it, and we never show your photos as examples.

Who handles it

To draw a stamp and suggest a caption, your photo is sent to fal.ai, which runs the drawing model and, for the caption suggestion, a Google Gemini model. We send the photo inside the request rather than as a stored file, ask fal not to keep the request or the result, and the finished drawing sits at a private address that expires after one hour. Your printed book is made by Prodigi, who receive the print file and the shipping address. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number. The site is hosted by Pion, on Cloudflare's network.

How long

A book you start on this site stays in your own browser until you order; when a stamp is drawn, the photo passes through our server without being kept. A book started through an AI assistant is kept on our server and deleted 7 days after your last change if you do not order. After you order, your photos are deleted 30 days after your book is delivered. We keep the order record (name, address, amount) as long as tax law requires.

What we measure

We record page events, like which step of the book someone reaches, to improve the site. They are tied to a random browser id, not to your name, email or photos.

Your choices

Email us and we will delete your photos and book earlier, or tell you what we hold about you.
