Reprints and refunds

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the book back.

Every book is made to order from your own photos, so we cannot take a book back because you changed your mind. You see and approve every page before paying, so please look through it carefully.

If your book has not arrived when expected, write to us and we will track it down.
